EyeCon
EyeCon jigs provide a compact, versatile presentation for Canadian Shield fishing. Their clean-tracking design and wire bait keeper work well with minnows and plastics for walleye, lake trout, smallmouth bass, northern pike, and other destination species.
On a recent trip to Lower Manitou Lake, we paired 1/2-ounce EyeCons with 4-inch paddle tails. The same basic setup caught lake trout in 80–100 feet of water and smallmouth bass and northern pike in 10–20 feet. That versatility makes the EyeCon a dependable choice when a day of fishing may include several species and a wide range of depths.

Best for shallower water, lighter current, smaller bait profiles, slower presentations, and situations where fish want a more subtle look.
