- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier delays.
Shipping Carrier:
- We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS and UPS.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship to the 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional shipping costs have been paid.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at randal@linncreekoutdoors.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
